Paettern is a veteran-owned software practice. We build mission-critical systems and the research tools that support them. Customers are federal and regulated organizations — the kind of work where durability, auditability, and customer-owned infrastructure matter more than shipping velocity.
Engagements are scoped around substantive technical work, not staffing. Systems we build are delivered to run on infrastructure the customer controls; research tools are deployed against the customer’s own corpus and LLM backend, including in air-gapped environments.
